I'm trying to adopt a much healthier and active lifestyle. I needed a fitness program I could do from home and on my own time without purchasing any equipment. I've blown the dust off of my old Charles Atlas book (purchased as a pop culture collectible) and I'm going to give it a shot. I need to lose weight, but rather than look at this project by pounds, I'm going to go by how healthy I FEEL.
